@Jay Hinrichs curious what you think about this... looks like someone dumping a neighborhood all with different MLS numbers.

It's in a D class neighborhood.

Zillow openly explains this at https://www.zillow.com/zestimate/ and publishes their median error rates and other stats for some major metro areas at https://www.zillow.com/zestimate/#acc.The good news is, it's relatively easy to validate how accurate it is for your market:Have your realtor pull 50 or 100 active and sold homes in the market/neighborhood you want to analyze.Compare actual asking and sold prices to the Zestimate for each one, put them in a spreadsheet, and develop some averages. 

I'm going to P.R. in February and need information on P.R. tax deeds, forclosures, residential neighborhoods, real estate attorneys, etc.

It's a not a high end home, probably mid level, nice blue-collar neighborhood.

You can use city-data to find owner occupied percentages for neighborhoods.

if they were recent, I'd get the installer back out to investigate whats going on. to a certain extent the neighborhood could come into play with this too. if there is higher crime, this could end up with your tenant getting robbed.
