An effective way to understand that I've found is to set yourself a firm budget and put it into the search criteria on Redfin, start hearting or x ing out everything that looks like it would be a nice place to live, once you finish you can zoom out on the map and see where you have clusters of faded out bad houses and clusters of hearts, most cities I've done this with end up giving you a pretty good pattern.

I'm finishing my place there and am looking at others now.

Does anyone have good contractors or people they work with for finishing hardwood floors that are currently under carpet?

I could not finish the challenge. 

A 6-12 month rehab should be finished when things get back to "normal". 

Hi NY/NJ BP community, I hope you are all faring OK through these crazy times we're enduring.My business partner and I are stuck -- we have finished the rehab portion of our BRRRR strategy on a duplex in North Jersey and are trying to refinance out of our high-interest hard money loan. 

Lenders are genuinely concerned that rental payments will soon stop or that construction projects will not get finished on time.

If I have a hard money loan and can finish the rehab within a month, do I have to wait 6 months to refinance?

Maybe do a run in your area and let us know when finished?
