Some jurisdictions will give you a permit on the spot (I'm referring to "Phase I without the addition", some will not, depending on the scope of work you put on the permit application.

Most of the city is an A area but there are definitely B and C areas in Olathe.Prairie Village is probably the trendiest spot for the average homeowner to buy right now, so I'd likely bump that rating up.

I am in the same spot, paying a very cheap rent for my area (1k instead of 1.4k or more) and I was considering keep paying my rent and lease out the property I am going to buy, or instead sublease the property I currently live in and move to the one I will buy.Would be only matters of number and math, or there are variable to consider?

I think this is where I have heard people talking about using the limited amount of residential loans you can get in your name as "parking spots" until they are able to transfer everything to the commercial side.
