Call me old-fashioned, call me crazy...etc... but we're doing it the slow/lazy way.

The problem is that the judge will more likely than not, find in his favor (because you are the pro and he is the innocent victim) and open a door for everyone else that you closed with to sue you as well.

This is the old fashioned principle of buy and wait.

But there are a lot of ways that we can benefit from good old fashioned common sense.

What I found to be amazing was, at its core, they ran the organization in the exact same fashion as any other successful company in America.

I honestly think we're doing THEM a favor, not the other way around.

It may not be as easy as walking thorugh the front door and introducing yourself, as these groups are pretty tight, but you may know somebody who knows somebody that can ask a favor to get you in the door.Once your in - start volunteering your time...the more you are around success, the more it will brush off on you.my 2 cents...Chris

I have my inspection contingency, but I need to review the verbiage because it appears as though only if seller defaults do I get my down back, but if I terminate the seller keeps my down...Any advice on verbiage in buyers favor?

chevis, just goes to show you that there are always opposing views. while you think it is a bad thing to take religion out, i favor it. not going to get into a debate on here, but i think that's what makes our country great. that we can have different views and neither one of us gets harmed for expressing them :)
