I just happened to start with some construction knowledge.Regarding wholesalers - I see just as many fake numbers deals as the rest but if you stop and think about it they are trying to piggyback of the success of people who are doing it correctly. 

he is the one making the claims  he needs to back them up.I suspect based on the investor feedback some major fraud going on here with fake tenants etc. all done to prop up new sales

That's really rather sick that the tenant would fake concern about their kid the "same age as the victim" just to get a rent discount.

A mitigation bank is natural habitat land that is either mature now, or has been planted out for restoration, and permanently preserved (with a trust).

On a flip, I would think that the owner would prefer to install their own irrigation system after they decide what is getting planted where, so I would say skip it.
