It's nice to have the option, but they know that they will pay the extra % to use a credit card.The only minor downside to Cozy (and some other platforms, though not PayPal/Venmo) is that it takes 5-6 days for the money to hit my account.

We ended up deciding to purchase due to our knowledge of the area - my wife grew up here - and were able to get the property for $35K plus closing costs ($10,000 less than asking).
