Don't be deceived by assuming that your actual cash flow is NOT the actual rent amount.

I do admit that I do not know all of the logistics behind this home but just to see it actually go under contract in the middle of a well established neighborhood is awesome to me. 

I actually emailed their customer service to ask how they make any money if this service is free...seems to good to be true. 

But I wouldn't make it about the dog or it could potentially be seen as discrimination or retaliation if they have a legitimate disability/service animal and they perceive that as the reason you are actually trying to get rid of them. 

The actual work was more or less 3 months.

The interest proffered by the housing provider may not be hypothetical or speculative, meaning the housing provider must be able to provide evidence proving both that the housing provider has a substantial, legitimate, nondiscriminatory interest supporting the challenged policy and that the challenged policy actually achieves that interest.  

Are you actually going to pay the rent yourself for your unit in order to get the cash flow numbers you have indicated ?
