From your post it sounds like you've put a lot of thought into your planning and have done an excellent job managing your personal finances.

Find one of those, as they will be better equipped to understand the issues around brewery financing.There is also an excellent class in craft Beer & Brewing Magazine that will give you some helpful ideas:https://learn.beerandbrewing.com/courses/building-...If the brewery is killing it however, I am sure you could take their balance sheet to any bank and show the revenue streams and they will loan you the money.  

It's an excellent read, and has taught me much about the concepts of flipping.

As a real estate practitioner in the Colorado Springs market for a better part of the last 15 years, I can recite the obvious...School District 20 has an excellent reputation overall, the north and southeast quadrants are some of the fastest growing and the southwest is largely quite desirable.

@Mindy Jensen how about a Grammy with an outstanding potty mouth, excellent writing skills and good proof reading / editing as well?
