The region (Autauga County) is considered AL fastest growing community.Cons -1.) obviously i don't know the ins and outs of that area, good neighborhoods v sketchy/riskier ones since we don't live there (yet)2.) we won't always live there - though I know there are tons of folks on this forum that have property out of state and just use PMs to manage them...?

I was thinking of buying a property In Waco Texas (the market Is cheap but  should be growing very shortly)  the problem is i need to move out in 3 months so if I'm going to do this I need to get the ball moving soon.

Hey @Howard Hebert - I've used a variety of commercial lenders for rental properties and the lowest down payment I've ever come across was 10%.
