Neither are "Investing", there EMOTIONAL actions, and in this business emotion get's you BROKE. 

An attorney will be talking about the changes to the emotional support animal laws in Illinois which may be useful info for you - but the networking is where you will probably get the most value right now.

Just make sure you have your golas set and dont make any moves of of emotion but of one that makes good financial sense

Hey Ann,These days anything can be considered a support emotional animal.

People who install solar panels probably take better care of their house, tend to be more analytical and price their home less emotionally, etc.Nobody is saying it's not a value-add.

You seem too emotional about this.

So then once you find that person, you immediately use that emotion, desperation, and lack of education to cut a deal that enriches the wholesaler at the expense of the person who is selling.   

Would you be able to part with the tree without it causing you emotional damage?

@Frank Gamez and @Morgan Madill i see where your coming from however @Ronan Donnelly, @Meir Greenblatt and the rest have hit it the nail right on the head. you must look at the data and make an informed decision on logic and not emotion.
