I just realized that I mentioned G.I. bill when I actually meant VA Loan hahaha.

I have a few potential exit strategies if this is not meant to be: A) use the equity in the home and convert the unit into a single family home B) rent all units and maintain as an income property C) if we decide this isn't for us - sell and return to our home in Houston (I'd like to rent this out while we're gone.

@Jessica Zolotorofe What are your thoughts on forming an LLC vs an LLC (Electing to be taxed as an S-Corp) for flipping? 

@Tom Chen   I am not surprised with the election results being a surprise. 

I am asking because I was surprised to hear a commercial lender I am working with has not budged on the rate I was getting pre-election.
