I thought it a bit odd that this guy (a professional, not a young kid) didn't have enough credit history for me to get a credit grade for him, but sometimes that happens.

To purchase these homes I have been using a partner who is willing to use his credentials ie. employment history, W-2's, Income, ect. for a percent of the profits, because I am unemployed and make ends meet solely through investing.

Keeping in mind that there is probably private family history undisclosed, I would say: why don't you guys try to talk about it more, in a different setting and environment, in a different way, understand what are each other real problems and find a solution that would help both and creating value for the both and of you and keep being a family before going through all this legal "crap"?
