Has anyone bought the e-course?

It looks like it a monument to Adam L Stanley for Adam L Stanley to promote himself.

Check with a mortgage person to mak e sure this is okay.

However, with West Point and Stewart Air Base nearby if you had a decent property you could promote to Active Duty personnel I feel that's the best bet.

This lead me to read books like Think and Grow Rich, E-myth, Rich Dad Poor Dad, 4 Hour Work Week, Building Wealth One House at a Time, ABC's of REI, and other books listed here on BP.It changed the way I saw being successful and being wealthy.

I tried my hand at R/E investing back in 2006 but failed miserably.

Insurance will not cover fraud but you may want to look into E and O insurance.
