You best option is to track them down and call them.

When researching it I discovered that it has a foreclosure notice placed on it last June, but the bank has not acted on the notice.I tracked down the owner who had claimed bankruptcy, has no other additional debts, liens against the property, and is moving back to Mexico within 2 months.

(Will I need a bookkeeper if all transactions are tracked in/out of this bank account?)

Could someone recommend a good software or central database where the Project Managers and other members on the Team are able to go on to track expenses, communicate and just making sure everything is on time and on point?

But don't get side tracked in real estate.

They are generally very conservative with these loans and want a strong borrower, good track record, compelling story, appraisal, and a qualified GC to handle the work.

What other suggestions could you provide me that may help me get started on the right track?

It just depends on how much the Justice of the Peace and Constable have on their schedule already.
