Even if the jobs too big for them, they’ll still be able to point you in the right direction and often times, the good ones will have resources they can suggest. 

Then you can have some good local opinions that might be able to point you in the right direction.

Mindi Rosser In my market, most direct lenders know of someone who does private money lending so I’ll do a general search for “lender” in Miami and skim each of their profiles to see if it says anywhere that they also do private lending.
