Odds are that you finding one that is even design for Washington let alone the west side is very slim.

But to counter my own point, a lot of customer decision comes from location, your interior design choices, reputation and photo quality.

Lease says that a guest may only stay 14 days in a year, but tenant is claiming that the law allows 14 days every six months - I cannot find anything confirming that, so I'm telling her she's got to file what is in the lease.They're not happy about it, but at least now I think that they realize that they cannot have Grandma lose her nursing home bed. 

Most owners will usually build the core and shell and rent out spaces to tenants who do their own design within the spaces.

It is in a newly designated, "Arts" district with a few new restaurants/breweries, art galleries, etc.

I will also have in inspection done to confirm the condition of every thing.

I'll leave you with this thought: with the way this financing is designed, if you had $100K in liquid assets, you could borrow up to $300K (and higher depending on experience) to use on one project or multiple projects. 

People will sell you a bill of goods on what a "B" property is - confirm that with a contractor, property manager, or someone else you trust).
