Yes, my partners buyout was part of the 80k, 75ish went to him and the rest was closing costs/transfer tax to remove him from the deed.

If you are a bookkeeping client, I will have either prepared your books myself or checked over your work at quarterly intervals throughout the year at a rate of $25/hour so that in February, I already know your books are pristine and I can proceed with analysis, data entry, review and offering opinions for future tax savings (assuming we didn't do a tax forecast in the fall like we should have).

Those improvements are probably already factored into the price.Might make sense for owner-occupied considering you would not have another housing payment and or cash purchase which don't sound like a good fit for you at the moment.Nice job of coming to a decision based on good data instead of "ballparking it."

After we have done the refinance and I have the title and the mortgage on my name, is there a way I can create a deed and transfer 50% of my stake in the property to her?
