@Jose MartinezYou should only blog if you have one of the following:1) A desire to write quality content and continue to produce it in deference to your target audience.2) Additional help (like interns) that want to do some writing and need a place to cut their teeth.Other than that, blogging for keywords alone will end up eating up more time than it's worth, or just producing content that nobody wants to read.

I want to cut my losses early by switching PM.RE: Fees- They charge a flat $75 fee per door- which may be great for those who are pulling in $1,000+ from their rental, but for my $500-a-month one-bedroom apartments, that's 15%!

I have done some renovations studied architecture know my way around NYC DOB etc worked a first career in tech and finance but so far no luck in this endeavor - I thought I would have an edge after I had to work with agents selling my Mom's house - but it seems folks only care about your rolodex!
