I am acquiring a package of off the market properties and want to ensure that I have crossed all my T's researching items that the Title Company wouldn't always pick up. 

There are times when the owner in foreclosure will cause problems to the house he is about to be evicted from;  cement in the toilet, crossing electrical,wires, blocking the waste vent pipe...etc. discovering these problem and making an offer to the lender with pictures and a contractors inspection report will help the investor acquire the REO.Charles

Any nearby apartment complexes are in iffy neighborhoods, apartments on the other side, near downtown are too expensive, and the closest, cheapest, safest apartments and houses are closer to the University which isn't far, but crosses some busy roads and interstates which makes the drive much longer and stressful; and that's the reason why there's such a demand for the employees who want to rent nearby but don't have options. 

Perhaps we will cross paths some day!
