You don't need to be an agent to buy directly from another person, just skip the agent part all together and have a lawyer draft up a contract.

I know that in most cases this wouldn't be an issue, but there is a big difference between 1 Poodle and 5 "Insert Stereotypically Agressive Dog Breed Here", yet I don't see any language in the bill that would distinguish between those two scenarios.

Have things lined up for much of the time already, but figured I'd see if any other investors/agents/GCs/wholesalers/etc are interested in a quick coffee meeting while I'm out there.
