I didnt realize that Realtors referred buyers (who they knew couldnt afford it) to brokers that had appraisers & banks with these underwriter's (who checked for a pulse) and the loans were put into securities.

I find it very nice being able to find a great deal (yes, they can still be had on the MLS), do my own negotiations, schedule my own closings with the title company of my choice, AND earn a commission on top of it.

I use clearnow.com to collect the payments and I use ahswarranty.com to act as handymen to repair things, check into those 2 companies, I think they are a great asset to us investors.....for the record I receive no monies for referring those companies.But again, until you get started somewhere you can't expect to make any money.
