Its odd because more than half of downtown is vacant, and its not hard to find lease space just as nice for less than half of what they are going to be charging.

I've got a friend in the business, who doesn't really cut me any breaks, he knows he can "slip" my job if a bigger one comes up, and most important he doesn't have to charge me the FULL SLAB, as long as I use a very common granite!

I normally write their answers on the back of the business card that they usually just gave me.I usually finish it up with something to the effect of "I run across a lot of property, if I find something that you might be intereseted in I'll give you a call."

I'm sure there are diffeerences in many other areas, too--I just don't knowwhat they are.The prices are pretty similar from what I've seen, and I spend the money for sediment coveraage cuz we have hard water.Some co's charge less per visit--Mine ie $50.00 now, some co's are $40.
