What do folks from the Bay Area think about the Central Valley?

As Seattle grew and people bought houses in the Central District to rehab, the people who sold moved to Skyway, Renton and Tukwila.

From what I've read, only real estate agents are authorized to use this lease. 

I recently got a lot in Winter Haven, FL (central Florida) with a house in a bad shape (rehab will not be cost effective) and I am thinking about putting a new modular home on the lot. - Does anybody know if you can put a modular home if previous one was stick built? 

I suggest 6:30PM somewhere central to all. 

The owner/fund manager is an author and a lecturer.
