You may even want to provide them with an inventory/list of what you're proposing to dispose of, and take photos, so they can't say you didn't warn them (and they can't come back and say "By the way, what did you do with Grandma's seven-carat diamond ring"?).

I just forward the email to any applicant that wants it. they print it off, fill it out scan and email it back or take a photo of it filled out and send it back along with copy of their ID..

Andy,I think it might be time you set a date for a meeting with them, and have some photo's ready to show of the damage of the storm door, and yard, print them off and give them a copy.
