Hello BP,I am looking for a very experienced HUD real estate agent or broker that has extensive experience with bidding and buying HUD homes, specifically in the Southern California area.

I am thinking to elect federal taxation as a sole proprietor (which is possible as a married couple in California).

Hi,I have couple of pieces of land in CA. 

I signed up for a free trial with PostScan mail or something like that - their HQ is in CA and you have addresses to choose from across the US (I'm guessing other businesses like a mailboxes etc or maybe a ups store franchisee can signup as one of their partners) - we shall see how it goes - have to get a form notarized and sent back to them then they can start receiving some of our mail.My goal is to have only items sent there that I want scanned - say bills for example - then the bills can be auto emailed to our bill pay system we use. 

He was living in Lemon Grove, CA when he decided to move.

     The city of Indio runs the gamut, from low income housing, to high end homes well into the millions, to agriculture properties at what are very reasonable prices compared to much of california's ag. 

Were in California if that matters.

I'm planning on flipping in California.
