Serv-pro was there the same day removing drywall and carpet.  2 days later they started replacing drywall and replacing carpet pad. 4 days after flood they were done and painters/cabinet/baseboard people were in and out in 2 days.

Hello to anyone that see this post this is my question of the day Had several contractors come and give me estimates on a bathroom an basement remodel PS had another contractor come and give me an estimate on the kitchen to put cabinets up the price was $6000 and that’s not just of it finally got the paperwork from a contractor the full price for the bathroom in the basement remodel was $61,400 I might be in the market of overprice labor or I’m a large Commission for salesperson are these prices points Reasonable?
