I said we may be able to give a credit through escrow before closing as long as the funds are appropriated towards movers and close when the property has had all the belongings (they wish to take) out of it.

Found lots more vacant houses this weekend driving for dollars and 3 different vacant homes belong to 3 different attorneys who are now obviously living elsewhere.I've searched long and hard this week for their current home addresses and exasperated my options there it seems.
