Try calling a few more signs / ads.

In your scenario this will be added to your basis in the property that will then be sold.Could any of those possibly be good rentals?

That’s too much going on for me to feel comfortable dropping tens of thousands of dollars.If they weren’t giving a d*mn how they were representing themselves, how could I expect them to care about my money or what I was going to get out of the situation?

Make sure the new tenant passes your screening.I think all you need is a lease amendment removing one and adding the other, and get all four tenant signatures.Ralph

Given the rate/terms of conventional loans, I'd say it may be well worth it.I'm a little surprised that they aren't adding depreciation back though.

I have put ads on CL in the real estate for sale category only to get a tepid response.

Also find out where the municipality is upgrading infrastructure, adding sidewalks, etc.

During the last 34 years, I've continued to dabble in RE with my own properties adding more net worth.

I'd be nervous about adding this one to my properties befor a lot of researc.
