Possibly say, hey, I can just do this project from A-Z with the right backing/funding behind me (Not really in the position to buy and invest in the materials, but may have access to the funds) and tackle my first official flip project?

Hello,I have a house that was flooded in Harvey (Aug. 2017) for the first time (to my knowledge as I bought it from a wholesaler with no disclosure) .The house is one story with three bedrooms (one of them is a master suite) with a very reasonable living space and backyard.I rehabbed the house and it looks great now, ....nobody would buy it :0(The house is near the medical center in Houston (in a subdivision called parkwest near Westbury) If I rent it it will create a -ve cash flow of about $300I'm thinking to turn it into Senior independent living but it seems to be very complicated strategy with the best yield.Any experience in doing this in Houston would e appreciated?

Just had my termite inspection yesterday here in South Jersey on a fix n flip I have under contract and it shows extensive damage in crawl space to almost every floor joist, sill, etc.

The reality for me is that I have access to deals that most beginner or part-time investors don't.

Looking at improving the data, access to the data to improve deal and deal analysis. 

Would it be unethical to birddog using a commercial broker’s saved searches on the MLS to find deals and take them to a commercial real estate investor/business?

It is a short walk to the M train with easy access to Brooklyn and Manhattan and 1 block away from express buses to NYC.Each 2 bedroom apartment was renovated in the last 10 years and all are in great condition.

There are 12 separate units in my building, many kids, but nobody uses the nice yard space we have.
