I suspect there are many homes in your city with no air conditioning, so going a day without is hardly inhumane.

Those areas you mentioned are amazing but are some of the most expensive parts of the city.

City municipalities,  or code violations may also need to be rectified so work those costs into the additional rehab or at least pre-hab.

I am looking for a reliable and honest property management company for the TX City and Kingwood areas. 

The new ~660 acres of land picked up by 4-5 big developers in Super North Vegas is like a good HOUR from civilization (aka strip / airport / DTS / any respectable casino...)I just can't imagine the current condos and townhomes out here someday being worth $400k/$600k+ like the major cities out there.

Kim hit it on the head there is a huge growth projection around Lakeland, winter haven, haines city, davenport.

Curious as to which one is closest to my city of Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
