Do they accept low ball offers to get it off the books or hold steady to meet minimum returns their algorithms demand.

I'm currently in the slow but steady process of approaching my first deal.

It’s a work in progress, but the idea is to take active income and get it to be passive!

I see W Broad corridor growing, the neighborhood design center is completing a block study (2300 W Broad block). North of W Broad is a solid investment!

Then you need a steady flow of investor buyers.

Even Westchester which has pretty much the same Airport nuisance as PDR but with no ocean view property and no walking distance beach, has progressed faster.

you could also hook up with a really good  HML in the bay area and be the bank.. for part of your portfolio.you can do these on your own as well just need a RE broker to do your disclosures for you.Also land bank.. find some dirt in the path of progress big money is made in these deals for those that don't NEED cash flow day one.

However I am already unsatisfied because I want to keep progressing.
