I have generally been using the @ mention whenever I am speaking about a particular member such as @Joshua Dorkin . That way other members can click straight to the individuals page and my references don't seem vague ...

@Paul Stern From my experience as well, using an inspector usually ends up saving $, because then you can use the inspection report as a negotiation tool, and you can go back to the REO, and state, "You didn't realize it needed (Fill in blank)", and ask for a concession amount as you have done in the past.
