. :)... now in a highly appreciating market like Portland I am going to come out pretty good.. if this had been a flat market then it would have not been good at all.. as the lady lived there until she passed for free.

Hello ladies and gents, I've got a quick question for ya'll.I purchased my first house last October with an FHA loan and I am renting out two of the rooms.  

So we received a call from a lady working for Renatus called Christina and she offered the mentoring we were looking for.

The lottery scammers in Jamaica actually pay quite a bit per lead.One poor elderly lady was scammed out of more than 250k  before she finally stopped. 

I don't have the actual link off hand but I do have an inspection checklist a lady from housing emailed me.....

I just hired a lady that I'm concerned about her ability to just learn new things regardless of her current lacking computer skills so I'm thinking of either paying less to train or by the piece mailed.

Now, I'm talking about things like a rose garden, or maybe even up to a ceiling fan.

This is not a Morris invest situation where literally hundreds and hundreds of investors got taken to the cleaners and ended up with houses that were never even rehabbed.. etc.. but if you this lady above you would get that impression.There is a reason people move from PM to PM  happens in every market just follow the threads.. they are so common they are right up there with Hey I am new in real estate I am going to wholesale.the next common is my PM sucks who do you recommend .. then the PM's come on here and have to defend themselves.
