I agree if you can integrate another user friendly feature where you make the site an "all in one stop" for real estate then it incubates users from going multiple places and increases the value of your site.BP constantly growing!......

I guess there were multiple people interested in this property so my realtor thought we would have a better chance to get it if we offered cash.

With my construction experience, managing multiple projects is almost second nature.

They have to come back multiple times as the mud dries.  

They also work and multiple inspections is a burden for them.

I would like to buy multiple properties and not have to set aside a large portion of my earnings for the man.

Also I am not a big fan of properties with multiple additions that don't meet up correctly/ different floor elevations/ roof lines, etc. 

We also tried negotiating a short sale, but the investor rejected the multiple offers we had.  

There are a ton of good approaches to building a Buyer's list, and you should implement multiple strategies. 

@Karl James  especially if your closing multiple ones a month like some do... its almost Guru money !!
