I had an incredible corporate career as a Marketing Executive, had always been rapidly promoted and made great money.

Some amount has to cover the overhead of the club (website, meeting hall fees, promotional items, etc).

This is based solely on my thoughts that occured to me while driving, today.Fannie and Freddie were created to promote home ownership.

Mods don't like self promotion on the open forum...

As an investor that hears people talk about wholesale deals, I haven't found new wholesalers to have very good deals or to be that vocal about promoting them.

I don't think the website is as important as how you promote the website. 

Are there other strategies you use to promote your listing in a competitive market or lower season (blogging, ads in paper, etc)?

There are a lot of people promoting the "wholesaling" game that unfortunately, are acting unethically, dishonestly, and in some cases illegally.

That's why I do not promote loans here on BP.Most borrowers can expect an interest rate for a 1st mortgage around 12% in today's HML market, with a couple points, monthly interest-only payments and a 6-24 month balloon payment.Anything else is a lender just trying to make a deal and get their money to work.

Steer clear of any individual, group, organization or otherwise that is promoting unlicensed activity such as what is mentioned above.
