I think contacting some of the bigger companies near you to see if they have intern programs and if they would give your information to them if they need a place to stay or also just contacting the hospitals near you directly to let them know.

Agreed I think looking in areas around colleges is a great idea too, students will always need housing and parents will pay extra for clean nice homes for their kids.
