There are many times where our internal funds aren't adequate to fund great loans.

But I know money is pouring into the Huntsville market from all parts of the country and even internationally, and some of *those* folks are likely to be more or less ethical than others.At the end of the day, I can't guarantee that this scenario won't happen.
