@Bryant Ervin Yes, we have monthly meeting at the Ivy at Buckhead last Wednesday of every month where about 100-125 people participate.

But again, I have friends that all they do is buy 50k homes out in the middle of no where or south Dallas homes or very cheap homes.

They are moving to my city from another city where (based on some snooping) they appear to have decent middle class jobs.

A family with middle school/high school aged children might not need or care to have a large back yard, but instead a fun place to hang out outdoors could make your place stand out.

Flipping holds a lot of risk and really isn't that profitable for a lot of people unless everything goes perfectly, which it never does.Your wife has a lower risk tolerance so make sure to account for that when investing because you guys are a team and need to find middle ground.For your first deal buy a single family home or duplex that just needs some cosmetic upgrades like paint and flooring.
