I kept justifying to myself that having the freedom to move around and not worrying about taxes and fixing stuff etc. was worth it . 

I know this isn't going to be easy but my brother and I are ready to start our journey to financial freedom. 

Now, I totally get that as young adults you need to have your freedom to have "one night" overnight guests, or "not so serious relationships" I think you really need to talk frankly with your tenant about the situation.

@Reuben Harris, very good to see that you already have vigilance happening in your desired focus on Freedom.

For me, I wake up every day working towards freedom from money.  

At the end of the day, I'm just thankful I have the opportunity and freedom to write on this forum and try to better myself.

Apparantly freedom of speech doesn't apply when you have a real estate license, according to her.

I guess we are a lot alike in that we want to achieve financial freedom.

That tells you how much of your life/freedom it will cost you to buy it now vs. waiting.
