I hope that things continue to look up for both you and the park and that this success will lead to other deals in the future for you. 

If some of these owners decide to sell there may be more opportunities to buy properties at lower prices over the next year.  

If you are going to have trouble with sub to, it will from your insurance company, so I'd tread lightly for sure.

You can also write off travel to and from the property and more.

That's not to say it's easy!
