I'd rather climb into the car at night, get a good night's sleep, and arrive at my destination (loser:  the hotel industry and AirBnB), or be able to work for the entire ride while my car drives itself.Of course, since "driver" is the single biggest job category in the US, our economy will nose-dive when autonomous vehicles take over . . .

So whenever a tenant violated the lease agreement, I just copied the page of the violation and sent it with a letter (Another form of  protection) regarding the Violation and in the letter pointing out what page it is on in THE LEASE AGREEMENT I GAVE THEM (Another for of  protection showing the courts I gave them a copy of the Lease Agreement)All these little things nips all this "nit-pickin" stuff  in the bud that tenants call you about and then get mad because they forget what we said and what they are supposed to do, via the Lease Agreement.

Ok, now that I’ve probably made every wholesaler that read this far mad at me, Ill mention the couple of things that I think are good about wholesaling. 1.You get experience in real estate transactions.If you are going to learn from making mistakes, wholesaling is probably a good place to do it because your money, and investor’s money, isn’t at stake nearly as much.
