I know there are smarter and more skilled people than me, for instance I know how an automatic transmission works, but if I tried to design one, or even rebuild one I would have parts left over, better to let an expert who is trained and experienced in that field do the job, so that I can enjoy the product, right?

An adjustment would have to be considered for the location on the busy street; similar down adjustments would be made for location next to industrial property, next to train tracks, with a freeway running behind the property (a fence can allow separation for safety, but won't reduce the noise by much), etc.

And it can only be considered 'spacious' by NYC standards.That being said, the neighborhood is filled with tree lined streets and gorgous brownstones, I am a block away from one of the largest parks in any US city and I am a short train ride from the greatest city in the world.

Sure it's nice to get the volume of options, it just seems that with the immense number of guru trained wholesalers, there seems to be an equally immense number of close to retail "deals"(many of which can be found mls).The best deals coming through my inbox are Wholesalers who buy at the courthouse steps, and these are getting low in number.
