If you record a conversation in sign language, you have recorded a conversation you aren't a part of., which is illegal.  

Of course, I am not talking about big item issues that cloud the title.

But that was after a conversation with my real estate attorney. 

Itemize it and some states such as California you don’t do it yourself and charge them because they don’t allow that, get get professional companies.

Maybe read it then you’d be better equipped for the conversation.

Having conversations with these people are where it all starts, you never know until you askI agree with Hard Money, and why it might not be the best route to go through.

My conversations with a BofA broker/agent mentioned that I can NOT use any funds as a down payment if they cannot be verified to have had a 60-day history within a financial institution.
