Mostly tolerable, except there is a child who periodically gallops the length of the house for up to 30 mins at a time.Dish detergent and body wash seem to be watered down.One, repeat 1, towel each for 2 people for 9 days. 2 rolls of TP.No house manual /house rules.At least it's better than the one in Chicago last year with a giant hair clog in the shower drain and tons of disgusting leftovers in the fridge (and lots more stuff).

It certainly can't hurt, but the Operator has spent a lot of money and resources in making sure this PPM is right for everyone involved, and the Operator doing the work and bearing the costs is part of the beauty of investing as an LP.Some LPs have counsel on retainer, in which case having them review is a no brainer.

However, you don't HAVE to put the money in an interest bearing account.

In NJ there are frequently tenant security accounts that are interest bearing, and it is difficult to get to the bank, have them close the account with up to the day interest calculation, and get the proceeds transferred to an account that you can write a check from on the same day. 

Hi, my first post was removed but I've been living in Chicago for 4 years now (currently in Bridgeport) and I'm interested in my first Real Estate investment.

But he's got an addendum in the purchase agreement for his property requiring him to retain the tenant which he did.....Until the tenant moved out because there is a bear that has taken up residency and is terrorizing the house. 

Are there any wholesalers in Chicago that are continuing to wholesale even after the recent law change?

I was wondering if anyone had a recommendation for a Chicago area real estate attorney would could assist with answering some questions and reviewing a couple of contracts for wholesaling in IL. thanks!
