Yes, a single agent can represent both sides or the same firm can represent either side - provided you agree to sign some sort of waiver regarding the conflict of interest.

I called the RE attorney that I will be closing with and they said the don't write contracts so I called another local firm.

These constant mailers should keep my firm as the one they call when they know of a deal.I have a few questions about pulling this off.
