I’d look for access to transportation to the city, of course.

The restaurant still are good, public transportation and I bought a home in West Newbury about 2 years ago.

I use the Greater Boston Real Estate Board Leasing Forms.

I wanted to reach out to the group to see if anyone had any idea of new markets I should explore in the Boston area?

These properties very rarely end up on the private market, and what success I have had as actually been in secondary markets (Boston, San Francisco, D.C, Seattle, San Diego, and even Atlanta) here it is more of a case of just submitting offers and talking to various brokers- if you want to connect we can discuss this further and in more detail. 

End result your transportation will probably cost a lot more yearly, and then there will be used battery disposal fees too.Just my 2 Cents.  

As soon as the modular units are transported to the job site, the entire 3-story building will be standing within about 7 days.
