The first thing to do is read the ultimate beginners guide and start watching all of the podcasts.

What you are are referring to, the Hardmoney+refinance route is a different strategy and is not exactly suited for extreme beginners.

So far I have just been reading books, listening to podcasts, watching webinars, ultimate beginner's guide, etc.
