Positive, Facebook and Apple have built data centers here in the last couple years bringing some higher paying jobs. 

I could personally use Apple Pay if I didn't want to carry around the physical cards, but our maintenance guy is not the most tech-savvy, and not all places are guaranteed to take Apply Pay, so that's not a perfect workaround, either.

I do love watching the show on TV as my wife gets a kick out of this guys wife constantly trying to do expensive upgrades and then Scott blows a gasket with what it will cost.

I am scared because a TV Guru said I can’t get rich really quick but I discover on Bigger Pockets there is no such thing, it is get rich slow.

There are some small improvements to be made in the quality of amenities (coffee makers, some TV´s need to be replaced, fresh paint, new linens and some light fixtures and some improvements in the bathrooms) but we have worked this out to roughly $2.8k per door.
