I still do CE every year so I am officially inactive but can start up any time I want without taking a test.. the other cool thing they had that was just for a short time was the UTS testwhich I took and passed 100%  this allows you to be licensed on all states or near all states and only have to take the state part of the test not the whole enchilada. 

It does depend on the market but if you think market is growing I don’t see buyer market happening anytime soon given the amount of inventory and pace of building.
