I was wondering ( I have not done a short sale but am in the education stage) if a REI could get with the seller who is in foreclosure, help them to work out a forebearance or repayment plan or loan modification, with the idea that the REI would then take over the loan Sub-to, pay the seller some kind of fee, get them moved out, and then you have yourself a house to either hold or later refi, wholesale or sell on a rent to own.

hello everyonei was just wondering if anyone had any great marketing letters (targeted to owners of large apartment complexes) their willing to share. i also wanted to know if anyone has any audio's on the subject of learning commercial real estate investing that their willing to share as well.

When a house jumps 10% in a matter of weeks and suddenly the whole neighborhood jumps, and then a domino affect back and forth, it's no wonder there was a bubble.

the more i think about it, the more i wonder why in the hell people would pay that price?
